“The lust stays inside his body, forms a trap of memory. He is locked forever.”

Adapted from Best Screenplay Award Spring Fever (or Legend) at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival

Gays, straights, and queers, lovers love in the city. Some play by the rules, others choose to step beyond and explore the grey area of morality. Behind 3.0, the latest production by SMX Studio, is an adaptation of Mei Feng’s screenplay for Legend (or Spring Fever), which was awarded for Best Screenplay at the Cannes Film Festival. It is an attempt at exploring body and physical movements within the framework of the script. A collaborative project between theatre and dance artists from Beijing and Hong Kong, it will bring to the audience a totally new perspective on love in the city.
